Child in Action involve both the duty bears and right holders, along with other NGO's to mobilize and create awareness to support prevention and mitigation strategies aimed at preventing children and youth from all forms of violence that are happening at home, school, in the community and during emergencies.
2. RIGHT 2 EDUCATION
Realizing the great need of Education in fighting ignorance, we do provide school assistance to orphans and vulnerable children in Mwanza.
We provide pens, rulers, exercise books, mathematical sets, school uniforms, bags and books so as to improve their learning conditions.
With collaboration with friends,we have future plans to help rural communities building schools for vulnerable children.
3. SCHOOL- WASH
School-WASH Provides expertise and Interventions aimed at saving lives and reducing illness by improving access to healthy and safe water, adequate Sanitation and Improved Hygiene.
This program works on
long-term Prevention and control measures for improving health, reducing
Poverty and improving Socio-Economic development as well responding to emergencies and out break of life
threatening illness.
Project Targets:

hygiene at homes.

4.STREET CHILDREN RE-UNIFICATION
This Program focuses on street children by ensuring that they grow and reach their full potential potential in a safe and supportive community.
We work with families and their children, providing counseling, strengthening family bonds, care guidance , psychosocial and socio-economical support aiming at reintegrating children within their families.
Under this program we implements a project tittled " Street Link Initiatives"
The goals is to mainstream street children into school, safe and supportive community.

5 WOMEN MICRO FINANCE/WOMEN ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ( WEE PROJECT)
This program aims to economically empower women from HIV/AIDS affected or impoverished house holds. These women and their families are empowered to the extent that they are able to to earn sustainable income to support their families and especially meet their children's school and home expenses.
This program is also centered as a prevention strategy to child-vulnerability and or migrating into streets.
Child in Action Foundation under this program implemnts a number of projects which are women microfinance for improving socio-economy Among vulnerable house holds and small business empowerment.
The goal is to strengthen household economy among socio-economy, disadvantaged and or HIV/AIDS affected families, so as families can support their children access ECD services in Local pre-primary schools and community established ECD centers.
